Remy is a buyer/tenant-focused agent specializing in office, retail, and medical space. He provides tenant representation, lease analysis, market evaluation, site selection, and research services. With nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Remy is a trusted advisor and advocate for independent healthcare operators—including dental, veterinary, optometry, and medical practices—primarily in Michigan. Although he transacts throughout the state, his knowledge of the Metro Detroit market is unparalleled.

Remy’s approach is rooted in building strong, lasting relationships with his clients. He takes the time to understand their unique needs and ensures they have access to the critical market data and insights necessary to make the best real estate decisions. Lauren Niedermier

Director of Operations

After graduating college, Lauren was still undecided on which career path to take, but she knew she wanted to choose a field where she had the ability to work with and help people. She did not necessarily choose real estate, but real estate chose her. Lauren began her real estate career working at Oxford Commercial in Ann Arbor as the Brokerage Assistant. She learned how to manage the responsibilities behind the scenes for the commercial brokerage department, whose portfolio consisted of over 2 million square feet. Lauren spent three years at Oxford before moving on to explore residential leasing at Baker Street Properties, also located in Ann Arbor. At Baker Street, she was the Director of Leasing for a portfolio of nearly 150 units and contributed to the staggering growth of the company over a three-year period. With her experience of coordinating a commercial real estate department and her participation in growing a small business, Lauren is now the Director of Operations for the Mirlo Real Estate Partners. She helps with everything from company goal setting and execution to database management to content creation and publication.
