This started with me having to renegotiate my lease with my current landlord, who I felt was not doing his part as a property owner. I bought a business where the building and HVAC were outdated. He helped with lease negotiations and made sure I wasn’t going to be taken advantage of. Even after the lease was signed, he was available to help with anything I needed.
